Regional Community Engagement Virtual Town Hall – Ending the HIV Epidemic: Midwest

-

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in conjunction with the PS19-1904 Track C Capacity Building Assistance (CBA) Providers, convened a series of Regional Community Engagement Town Hall Virtual Sessions. The purpose of the virtual town halls was to educate, encourage, and empower the local community on the engagement and planning process for the federal Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) initiative. The intended audience included the Phase 1 stakeholders, local community members, non-traditional partners (new voices), HIV planning group members, community-based organizations, and health department colleagues. NASTAD, the PS19-1906 Component A national partner, hosted the virtual platform and provided technical support for all four town hall sessions. Health department staff and community members were present from all (32) jurisdictions funded through PS19-1906 Component B. Recordings and meeting information of each town hall are listed below.
