ADAP Clinical Quality Management Webinar Series: Session 2

In partnership with the Center for Quality Improvement and Innovation (CQII), over the course of July, NASTAD is hosted a webinar series that will covered topics related to the quality management activities that Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAPs) are expected to implement, including:

  • What is quality improvement and clinical quality management?
  • An overview PCN 15-02 and the implications for ADAPs
  • ADAP performance measures and their application
  • How to do a deeper dive into data
  • Quality improvement tools that help ADAPs understand their data
  • State data analysis examples
