Tim Horn

Director, Medication Access and Pricing

Tim is the director of Medication Access and Pricing. He works across teams to ensure fair pricing and equitable access to drugs and biologics critical to the prevention and care needs of people living with and vulnerable to HIV and hepatitis C virus (HCV). In addition to the coordination of the ADAP Crisis Task Force, the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part B and ADAP Monitoring Project Annual Report, and NASTAD’s support of the global Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U) campaign, Tim provides technical assistance to city and state health departments to address inpatient and outpatient medication access challenges and works in close collaboration with NASTAD’s policy team and its partners to address the need for prescription drug cost containment. Tim has been engaged in HIV treatment and prevention research and access advocacy since 1992. He holds a M.S. from Hunter College in New York and a B.A. from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts.
