Michelle Batchelor

Director, Global Program

Michelle Batchelor is the Director of Programs for the Global Program. In this role, Michelle leads the development of NASTAD Global policy positions, manages ongoing funding continuation application activities, including technical communications and annual reports, and coordinates the monitoring and evaluation plan for all Global Programs. She has over 20 years of experience working towards and advocating for social and reproductive justice, particularly for marginalized communities, Black women, youth, and LGBTQ individuals, in both the non-profit and governmental public health sectors. Michelle received an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University and a B.A. in Economics from Spelman College.
