Kristina Santana

Manager, Prevention & Health Care Access

Kristina Santana is a manager on the Health Care Access and Prevention teams. Kristina supports the Prevention and Health Care Access teams by coordinating NASTAD’s integrated planning activities and programmatic work for HI-TAPS. She also is the lead staff for NASTAD’s DASH supported activities, activities related to housing for people living with HIV, and LatinX HIV and hepatitis issues. Prior to NASTAD, she worked as a housing case manager for people living with HIV at a community-based organization in Cleveland, Ohio. Kristina received her M.P.H. from Case Western Reserve University with a concentration in Health Policy & Management and B.A. in Public Policy & Spanish/Hispanic Studies from William Smith College.
