Kaniqua Outlaw, M.P.H.

Kaniqua Outlaw (kuh-NEE-kwuh OWT-law), she/her/hers, is a Manager on the Health Systems Integration team. She provides support on population health informatics and data linkage processes. Prior to NASTAD, Kaniqua worked as an Informatics Manager, supporting the extraction, exchange, and analysis of data from Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Kaniqua previously worked as a Project Coordinator to support COVID-19 testing and implementation for National Institute of Health (NIH)-funded projects. She received her Masters in Public Health and a graduate certificate in Ethnic and Rural Health Disparities from North Carolina’s East Carolina University. She is completing a Masters in Biomedical and Health Informatics program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  She works remotely from Morrisville, North Carolina.
