Elana Ross (EEE-Lah-Nuh Ross), she/her/hers, is a manager on the Prevention team at NASTAD working under the Capacity Building Assistance Program (CBA). She provides technical assistance (TA) to health departments and community-based organizations on topics including stigma and implicit bias reduction and HIV cluster detection and response. She also runs the CBA Tracking System (CTS) and NASTAD’s Prevention Networking Group (PNG) Listserv. Prior to NASTAD, Elana was on the Client Services Team at Food & Friends through her year in the Avodah Jewish Service Corps, and she previously worked in the reproductive rights and health sector. Elana received her B.A. in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies with a minor in Sociology from Washington University in St. Louis. She works remotely from Cleveland, Ohio.
