Prioritizing Leadership Development of the HIV Workforce in Health Departments

This initial webinar demonstrated successes from two health department workforce leadership initiatives, the Minority Leadership Program and EHE Mentorship Program. Facilitators and participants from both programs shared their experiences, reflections and recommendations for health departments looking to invest in the leadership development of their workforce.
