NASTAD-sponsored TA events

Because TA is consumer driven and
peer-based it is delivered by health department peers
with broad and comprehensive experience in HIV/AIDS and
viral hepatitis programs. NASTAD program-focused has
been delivered on:
Domestic Care and Treatment
- ADAP
- Title II
- Medicare Part D
- Planning
Peer-based assistance with ADAP programs, including cost
effectiveness strategies, program management, and quality
control initiatives. NASTAD also provides on-going networking
support through ADAP and Title II listservs as well as peer
referrals on Title II programming and planning. Customized,
in-depth assistance on specific legislative mandates such
as the impact on ADAP from Medicare Part D or implementation
of the Ryan White CARE Act Reauthorization are a focus. |
