Erin Bascom (AIR-rin BAS-com) is the associate director for the Capacity Building Assistance (CBA) program within NASTAD’s Prevention team. Erin leads NASTAD’s work on integrated HIV activities and structural interventions for health departments and community-based organizations in the South. She provides expertise across the Prevention team related to integrated HIV prevention and surveillance activities, including data-to-care and HIV cluster and outbreak response. Erin received her M.P.H. with a focus in Maternal and Child Health from George Washington University, and her B.A. in Art History and English and American Literature from New York University. Erin is based in Northern Virginia.
